By using the services of FinalCosplay (hereinafter: "FinalCosplay", "we", "us") located at van den Heuvelweg 4j, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
FinalCosplay provides advisory and training services in the field of monetization of creative content, intellectual property management, and media investments. Our services include, among others, ROI calculations for brand campaigns and license management. The specific scope and content of the services are defined per agreement.
All materials provided by FinalCosplay, including training documentation, dashboards, and advisory reports, remain the property of FinalCosplay, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The user is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit this material without prior consent.
The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of the services. The user must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and privacy legislation.
FinalCosplay is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount agreed upon in the relevant agreement or, in the absence thereof, to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the damage.
Payments must be made within the term stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to suspend the services. Cancellation of an agreement is only possible in writing and subject to a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Amounts already paid will not be refunded, except in the event of non-performance by FinalCosplay.
FinalCosplay reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. If the user does not agree to the changes, the agreement may be terminated. Upon termination for any reason, the provisions regarding intellectual property and liability remain in effect.
